199 homes listed and 228 left the feed in seven days
A standing read on every active MLS® listing above $2 million across the Greater Toronto Area — how much is for sale, what it is asking, and which way those figures moved.
Figures as of October 30, 2026 at 1:37 a.m. ET · movement measured over Oct 23 – Oct 29, 2026
2,827 homes are listed at $2,000,000 or more across the Greater Toronto Area, at a median asking price of $2.98M, down 0.0 per cent over the reporting week. Net inventory fell by 29 on the week.
That net figure is the least informative number on this page, because it hides the turnover underneath it: 199 listings entered the feed during the week and 228 left it, 8 per cent of where the week started. Arrivals and departures together came to 427 — 15 times the net change.
40 listings reduced an asking price by at least $10,000 and at least 1 per cent during the week, against 8 that raised one by as much. Toronto is both the deepest market and the largest mover: 892 active listings at a $3.19M median ask, minus 20 over the reporting week. Movement concentrates in the biggest markets as arithmetic rather than meaning — a municipality holding hundreds of listings swings by more units than one holding dozens.
This is the general edition. The same day's data is read from the supply side in the sellers' edition, which carries reduction depth by price band and how long the listings that left the feed had been on it, and from the demand side in the buyers' edition, which carries inventory by price band and the municipalities where supply is sitting longest.
Turnover and movement here compare the feed's complete-day snapshots of 2026-10-22 and 2026-10-29; inventory and asking prices are the live feed at the timestamp above. Listings that leave the feed have sold, expired, been terminated or been withdrawn. The feed does not say which, and neither does this report.

How this report is built
The general edition covers the whole $2M-and-up market: how much is actively listed, how it splits across the price bands, and which cities gained or lost inventory over the reporting week.
Every figure comes from the same CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) feed this site searches on, which syncs through the day. The report is written once a day against a single snapshot of that feed, and the page states the exact moment the snapshot was taken — so a number here is always traceable to a time, never to an estimate.
It reports the market in aggregate: counts, medians and movement across cities. No individual home is named on this page — those live in the live $2M+ search, and the city-by-city figures behind these summaries are on GTA Luxury Intelligence.
Asking prices, not sales. The licensed feed carries active listings at $2,000,000 and above, so every figure here describes that segment and nothing below it. Nothing on this page is a sold price or a sale-to-list ratio; where days on market appear they count how long homes currently for sale have been listed, not how long anything took to sell. A listing that leaves the feed may have sold, expired, been terminated or been withdrawn — the feed does not say which, and neither does this report.

Ask for a Read on Your Street →Source: active MLS® listings at $2,000,000 or more across the Greater Toronto Area, via the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®), as displayed on this site, captured October 30, 2026. Computed from active MLS® listings at $2,000,000 and above in the CREA DDF® feed. Asking prices, inventory and movement only. Figures are aggregates; no individual property is identified, and no bucket — municipality, price band or cohort — is reported with fewer than 5 listings. Square footage is published by listing brokerages in bands (for example 5000+) rather than as an exact area, so this report carries no price per square foot.
