1,573 of 2,827 luxury listings sit in the $2M–$3M band
Written for buyers above $2 million in the Greater Toronto Area — what arrived on the market, where the choice is deepest, and where asking prices are giving ground.
Figures as of October 30, 2026 at 1:37 a.m. ET · movement measured over Oct 23 – Oct 29, 2026
2,827 homes are listed at $2,000,000 or more across the Greater Toronto Area, at a median asking price of $2.98M, down 0.0 per cent over the reporting week. What that single median hides is how unevenly the 2,827 listings are distributed across it.
By price band: 1,573 homes $2M–$3M, at a $2.50M median ask; 820 homes $3M–$5M, at a $3.79M median ask; 340 homes $5M–$10M, at a $6.45M median ask; 94 homes $10M+, at a $13.15M median ask. $2M–$3M alone accounts for 56 per cent of everything listed above $2,000,000, and 434 listings — 15 per cent — sit at $5,000,000 or above.
Time on the market also varies by band: $2M–$3M 44 days, $3M–$5M 46 days, $5M–$10M 53 days, $10M+ 70 days, against 47 days for the market as a whole. By municipality, the longest-listed supply is in Hamilton at 63 days across 83 listings; Caledon at 56 days across 72 listings; King at 49 days across 87 listings. These count how long homes currently for sale have been listed.
40 listings reduced an asking price by at least $10,000 and at least 1 per cent during the week, an average of 4.9 per cent, against 8 that raised one. All 40 of them are still on the feed. Separately, 199 listings arrived during the week and 228 left it.
Band counts, medians and time on market are the live feed at the timestamp above. Anything described as happening during the week compares complete-day snapshots of 2026-10-22 and 2026-10-29. Listings that leave the feed have sold, expired, been terminated or been withdrawn. The feed does not say which, and neither does this report.

How this report is built
The buyers' edition reads the same week's data from the demand side: what is newly listed, which cities hold the most choice, and where asking prices have come down.
Every figure comes from the same CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) feed this site searches on, which syncs through the day. The report is written once a day against a single snapshot of that feed, and the page states the exact moment the snapshot was taken — so a number here is always traceable to a time, never to an estimate.
It reports the market in aggregate: counts, medians and movement across cities. No individual home is named on this page — those live in the live $2M+ search, and the city-by-city figures behind these summaries are on GTA Luxury Intelligence.
Asking prices, not sales. The licensed feed carries active listings at $2,000,000 and above, so every figure here describes that segment and nothing below it. Nothing on this page is a sold price or a sale-to-list ratio; where days on market appear they count how long homes currently for sale have been listed, not how long anything took to sell. A listing that leaves the feed may have sold, expired, been terminated or been withdrawn — the feed does not say which, and neither does this report.

Ask for a Read on Your Street →Source: active MLS® listings at $2,000,000 or more across the Greater Toronto Area, via the CREA Data Distribution Facility (DDF®), as displayed on this site, captured October 30, 2026. Computed from active MLS® listings at $2,000,000 and above in the CREA DDF® feed. Asking prices, inventory and movement only. Figures are aggregates; no individual property is identified, and no bucket — municipality, price band or cohort — is reported with fewer than 5 listings. Square footage is published by listing brokerages in bands (for example 5000+) rather than as an exact area, so this report carries no price per square foot.
