Browsing this site, saving a listing, subscribing to alerts or sending an enquiry does not make us your agent and does not create a representation agreement. A brokerage relationship in Ontario is created by a written agreement, signed by you and by the brokerage, and by nothing less. Until then, no duty of representation is owed to you.

If you are already represented by another brokerage under a written agreement, this site is not a solicitation of that agreement, and nothing here is intended to interfere with it.

Listings shown here come from the Canadian Real Estate Association’s Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) and from our own inventory. Feed information is supplied by the listing brokerages who are responsible for its accuracy, is refreshed periodically, and can be out of date between refreshes: a property may be sold, suspended, repriced or withdrawn before the change appears here. Nothing on this site is an offer, and a listing is not a representation that a property is still available. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Photographs belong to the listing brokerage or its photographer and are displayed as supplied. Use of MLS® listing content is governed by the MLS® content terms of use, which apply in addition to these terms.

Some properties are shown without a full address at the seller’s request. That is deliberate, and we will not disclose those details except as the seller has authorized.
