The new-construction communities we list across the GTA and its edges, with the prices, home sizes and lots their own documents state.
We list 5 new-construction communities across 5 places in and around the GTA. Their published plans run from 2,790 to 6,580 sq ft. Every figure below comes from the builder's own price list, plan sheets or registration page. Nothing is estimated, and a community that has published no price is shown as having none.
Five of the 5 publish a starting price, the lowest at $2.1M. Starting prices are the builder's own, before lot premium, upgrades or development charges.
Project and builder names are not published here. Several of these are client releases handled before they reach the open market, so each community is described by what it is — place, lot size, home size and sales stage — and named in conversation.
Source: the new-construction communities published on this site, from each builder's own site, price list and plans or the newinhomes.com listing, as of October 31, 2026. Prices are the builder's stated starting prices, before any premiums; a community that says "register for pricing" has published none.

Five communities publish a starting price today, running from $2.1M to $2.6M.
The rest hold pricing until release. That is not a formality: in a release-by-list community the price sheet, the lot map and the choice of model all reach the registered list first, and the public page catches up afterwards.
The smallest published plan in this group is 2,790 sq ft and the largest is 6,580 sq ft.
Those areas are the builder's own, taken from the plan sheets, and they describe a model rather than a particular lot — elevation, basement finish and any bonus room change the number a buyer ends up with.
One community in this group is sold by the acre rather than by frontage in feet.
That is the practical difference between a subdivision lot and an estate parcel: servicing, driveway length, well and septic where there is no municipal connection, and a site plan approved before a shovel moves.
Now selling (2), Closings 90–180 days (1), Delivery 4–6 months from sale (1) and Under construction (1).
The wording is the builder's. "Now registering" means nothing is for sale yet; a final release means what is left of a sold community, which is usually the least flexible on price and the quickest to close.
The Home Construction Regulatory Authority licenses and regulates the people and companies who build and sell new homes in Ontario, under the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017. Warranty protection is Tarion's, not the HCRA's.
On a freehold home, Tarion's warranty runs one year against defects in material and workmanship and Ontario Building Code violations, two years against water penetration through the basement or foundation walls and on the electrical, plumbing and heating systems, and seven years against major structural defects. Each period begins on the date of possession, not on the date the agreement is signed.
